Jot Magazine Mood Board 10 - In your arms

Today I am here to share with you the latest Jot Magazine Mood Board! This gorgeous board was the work of Sharmaine, fellow Jot Girl and presented ever so beautifully by the lady behind Jot, Kim :) Gorgeous hey! Not my usual 'colours' and combo, but I am loving it!

I have been trying to push myself with my layouts lately to try different layout designs and think a little outside the box, whilst still remaining 'true' to my style. So of course, this layout includes lots of layered elements and clusters, without being too busy, and a 'story' also which is told in more detail on a hidden card. And....is very different in terms of what I may normally do, but I really love how it turned out.

I got my inspiration from the colours, the globe, the black in the sketches, and the general 'travel/world' theme.

Layout Title: In your Arms

The journaling for this page, which tucks behind the top right corner of the globe.

Love making little clusters, this one is full of October Afternoons Travel Girl die cuts, and lots of other bits too.

Lots of layering here :)

I think this has to be one of my favourite layouts recently. A big thanks to Sharmaine for creating this awesome board!

Don't forget to check out the Jot Blog for more details on this challenge and to see the other girls layouts for some more inspiration.
